I can’t think of anything that is missing…in fact, some of the so-called little things that I was thinking about while going through the course was mentioned… so that is a good thing and I thought the program was very precise. However, I would like to see more on business start up, more on how a dispatcher can get an MC Authority or number and alternative services a dispatcher can offer a client.
