Actually I had no idea dispatch was so involved and I got much more information than I expected. The presentation was very clear and detailed and as a newcomer, I feel more confident to step into the trucking world. It’s a plus that their customer service is available for any concerns I might encounter. I had identified this company more than a year ago when I first considered doing the course, so I am very pleased that I eventually chose to go with them.
